Ítem Acceso abierto Humanized care of the nursing professional in ostomized patients of the surgery service of the Daniel Alcides Carrion National Hospital - 2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-03-28) Espíndola Castillo, Pilar Josefina; Uturunco Vera, Milagros LizbethThe patient's perception regarding the quality of humanized care is useful for health-providing establishments, allowing them to know, analyze, evaluate and establish methods of perfection aimed at humanized care. Regarding the methodology, it is a quantitative, descriptive study with a non-experimental design, the population is made up of 30 ostomy patients who were hospitalized in the General Surgery service 1 and 2 of the Daniel Alcides Carrión Hospital during the months of October - December 2020; and that they meet the exclusion and inclusion guidelines. The technique used to collect data is the survey. The questionnaire made up of 4 dimensions such as; phenomenological, interaction, scientific and human needs. Likewise, it is made up of 18 items, with a Likert-style measurement scale considering always (5), almost always (4), sometimes (3), almost never (2) and never (1), their measurement levels. They are classified as high (score of 67 to 90), medium (score of 43 to 66) and low (score of 18 to 42). For the reliability of the instrument, it was applied to 30 ostomy patients; a statistical analysis was performed using Cronbach's Alpha, obtaining a result of 0.957, which indicates that it is highly reliable.
