Ítem Acceso abierto Lifestyles and their relationship with work performance of the nursing staff of the sterilization center of Hospital III Suarez Angamos Essalud Lima 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-02-20) Espichán Beretta, Martha Rocío; Mori Castro, Jaime AlbertoObjective: To analyze the relationship between lifestyle and job performance of the nursing staff in the sterilization center of the III Suarez Angamos Hospital, Essalud. Method: The study uses a quantitative, hypothetico-deductive approach with a descriptive-correlational scope and a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample will be census-based as the small population justifies it. For its implementation, the Lifestyle Profile (PEPS-I) questionnaire by Nola Pender and the Job Performance questionnaire for nursing professionals by Mantilla and Córdova will be adapted. The population exhibits an adequate lifestyle and job performance, based on the relationship between the independent variable (lifestyle), which includes dimensions such as eating habits, physical activity, stress management, leisure time management, alcohol and drug use, sleep, and self-care. The dependent variable is job performance.
