    Clima de seguridad hospitalaria y bienestar personal en los profesionales de enfermería de un hospital de Lima - provincia, 2025

    The present research aims to determine the relationship between the hospital safety climate and personal well-being among nursing professionals at a hospital in Lima, Province, during the year 2025. This work seeks to explore associations using a non-experimental, cross sectional, and correlational design applied to nursing practices, thus applying a hypothetical deductive approach with a quantitative perspective. With 84 nurses from the Provincial Hospital of Lima (February 2025), the study focuses on those selected through non-probability sampling. The results of the evaluation test indicate a P-value of 0.918, greater than 0.05; the null hypothesis cannot be rejected. Therefore, it is concluded that there is no significant relationship between the hospital safety climate and personal well-being among nursing professionals.
