    Factores asociados y hospitalizaciones inadecuadas con protocolo de evaluación de adecuación en el Instituto Nacional de Salud del Niño, Lima – 2019

    OBJECTIVE: To determine the relationship between associated factors and inadequate hospitalizations with the adequacy evaluation protocol at the National Institute of Child Health, Lima - 2019. METHODOLOGY: The type of research, according to its purpose, was applied, the research level was descriptive and the design was non-experimental, cross-sectional. The study population consisted of 150 medical records and the study sample consisted of 79 medical records from the B medicine service of pediatric patients. To measure the associated factors and inadequate hospitalizations with the adequacy evaluation protocol, two data collection sheets were used. The data obtained were typed and arranged in the Excel 2016 program, and later, they were entered into the SPSS program, version 24, for their respective analysis. CONCLUSIONS: At a significance level of 0.902, it is revealed that associated factors and inadequate hospitalizations with the adequacy evaluation protocol are positively related in the National Institute of Child Health, Lima - 2019, since according to Spearman's rho coefficient The variables show a very high positive correlation, at a significance level of 0.821 it is revealed that associated factors, according to the general factors dimension, and inadequate hospitalizations with the appropriateness evaluation protocol are positively related in the National Institute of Health of the Niño, Lima - 2019, since according to Spearman's rho coefficient the variables show a very high positive correlation, and at a significance level of 0.837 it is revealed that organizational factors, and inadequate hospitalizations with the adequacy evaluation protocol are related positively in the National Institute of Child Health, Lima - 2019, since according to the coefficient Spearman's rho variables show a very high positive correlation.
