    Level of knowledge and practice of breastfeeding in primary mothers treated at the maternal and child teaching hospital el carmen-huancayo-peru (2021)

    The research on the Level of knowledge and practice of breastfeeding in first-time mothers at the El Carmen Huancayo Maternal and Child Teaching Hospital, (2021) will aim to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and practice of breastfeeding in first-time mothers cared for at the El Carmen Maternal and Child Teaching Hospital. Methodology: The study uses the hypothetical deductive method, with a quantitative approach, with a cross-sectional correlational design, with a population made up of 50 first-time mothers from the HDMIEC joint accommodation service, who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Two instruments will be used, the first is a questionnaire to measure knowledge of breastfeeding, with (14 questions) dimensions of Basic concepts of breastfeeding, Breast care and Mother-child breastfeeding techniques with a KR20 reliability of 0.722 and a nursing observation guide on breastfeeding techniques (12 items), dimensions on Breastfeeding techniques and positions, Extraction and storage of breast milk with a KR20 reliability of 0.70
