    Regarding the prescriber's data, it was observed that they comply with the 2 indicators: prescriber's signature and seal 100%, issue date 99.6%, and do not comply and 2 indicators: expiration date 98.7%, Information to the Pharmacist, 99.5%. Likewise, regarding the medication data, it was observed that they comply with the 9 indicators, international non-proprietary name 99.2%. National request for essential single medications, 88.6%, prescription for medication by correct concentration 98.3%, pharmaceutical form 98.2%, total prescribed amount 99%, prescription with medication with Dose 94.2%, route of administration 84.4%, Dose frequency 92.9%, duration of treatment 75.7%, Conclusions. It was determined that most of the indicators comply, while a minority of the indicators do not, according to the good prescribing practices standard for standardized single prescriptions, served in the outpatient clinic pharmacy.
