Promote the safety of health workers, providing adequate means to promote an ergonomic workplace and thus minimize musculoskeletal injuries, since this can negatively affect the quality of life of health personnel, producing serious or temporary disorders, even irreversible ones. and disabling, which may reduce their performance during their work day in the short or long term. Objective of study: Determine the relationship between ergonomic risk and musculoskeletal alterations in nursing staff who work in the Hospital's Intensive Care Unit. Central Air Force of Peru, 2023. Methodology: quantitative study, correlational approach, non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The sample population is 25 nurses who work in the intensive care unit. The collection of information will use two validated forms, to measure the first variable the questionnaire validated by Chambilla (Tacna 2019) will be applied, obtaining significant reliability 0.733 by Cronbach's Alpha and for the second variable the questionnaire validated by Santamaría (Lima 2018) will be applied.) obtaining significant reliability 0.981 from Cronbach's Alpha. The statistical analysis will be applied using the SPSS version 25 program, the correlation contrast will be used the R Sperman correlation.
