    Tutoría académica y desempeño pedagógico en las prácticas preprofesionales de los estudiantes de educación en una universidad pública, 2023

    The objective of the study was to evaluate the relationship between academic tutoring and pedagogical performance in the pre-professional practices of education students at a public university, 2023. Regarding the methodology, it applied a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design, of correlational level and hypothetical deductive method. Data collection was carried out using the survey technique and the questionnaire instrument, applied to a non-probabilistic sample of 130 students. At a descriptive level, it was found that 10.8% of students perceived that academic tutoring was bad, 37.7 that it was developed at a regular level and 51.5% stated that it was good; while 12.3% evidenced having a low pedagogical performance, 6.9% a medium level performance and 80.8% had a high pedagogical performance. In the inferential part, the hypothesis test was carried out using the non-parametric statistic of the Spearman Coefficient, which yielded a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, which affirms that there is a significant relationship between the variables; Furthermore, the rho coefficient = 0.601 determined that the degree of relationship is good and positive; Consequently, it was concluded that there is a significant relationship between academic tutoring and pedagogical performance in the pre-professional practices of education students at a public university, 2023.
