Materials and Methods: This is a quantitative study with a descriptive, correlational, and cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 145 women. The technique used was an interview, and the instruments included a questionnaire with 10 questions to measure the knowledge level and a test with 6 items to measure attitude. Results: It was found that 46.9% (68) had an average knowledge level about climacteric, 29% (42) had a high level, and 24.1% (35) had a low level. In terms of attitude, 51.7% (75) exhibited a favorable attitude, while 48.3% (70) exhibited an unfavorable attitude.
