    Risk factors of nursing staff working in the sterilization center of a Hospital in Lima, 2021

    This research is applied, with a quantitative approach and methodological design. It is a descriptive and cross-sectional study. The population will consist of 30 nurses, including nursing technicians and nursing graduates who work in the sterilization center of a hospital in Lima. Studies were selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria set out in the research. The survey technique will be used, through which pertinent information can be obtained to demonstrate the level of knowledge, registration form for data on age, sex, educational level, marital status and origin. Data collection will be carried out over three months, in the Sterilization Center unit. After collecting the information, the data will be entered into a database in the SPSS Version 25 program.
