    Análisis de satisfacción en usuarios del área de farmacia del Centro de Salud Zárate, 2022

    The objective of this research was to determine the level of user satisfaction with the pharmacy area of the Zárate Health Center in 2022. The study was applied, deductive, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional, and descriptive design. The population consisted of users attending the pharmacy area at the study location, equivalent to 180 people served daily. The sample included 123 people attending the pharmacy area of the Zárate Health Center in 2022. Data collection was conducted using a survey, with the SERVQUAL questionnaire as the tool, containing 22 "Expectations" questions and 22 "Perceptions" questions. Results: The tangible elements dimension achieved a 60.42% approval rate, the reliability dimension 91.25%, the responsiveness dimension 91.67%, the security dimension 92.08%, and the empathy dimension 91.25%. Conclusion: The level of user satisfaction with the pharmacy area of the Zárate Health Center in 2022 is high, at 94.17%, with an expectation score of 6.53 and a perception score of 5.89.

    Calidad de atención y grado de satisfacción de los usuarios de 5 boticas del paradero Huáscar del distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima – 2021

    The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between quality of care and the degree of satisfaction among users of five drugstores at the Huáscar bus stop in the San Juan de Lurigancho district, Lima, in 2021. The methodology used was deductive, with a quantitative approach, a basic type, and a non-experimental correlational cross-sectional design. The study worked with 384 users who visited the five drugstores. The technique was a survey, and the instrument was a questionnaire with a Likert-type measurement scale for data collection, which was validated by three subject matter experts. Results: Regarding quality of care, 49.5% of users rated it as fair, and 50.5% rated it as high. Regarding the degree of satisfaction, 29.7% rated it as poor, 55.5% as fair, and 14.8% as good. The study concluded that a relationship does exist between quality of care and the degree of satisfaction (Spearman's Rho 0.787, p-value of 0.000).

    The research focuses on the quality of care and the degree of satisfaction of pharmacy users in the district of San Juan de Miraflores, 2023. Objective: To determine the relationship between the quality of care and the degree of satisfaction of pharmacy users in the district of San Juan de Miraflores during the period from December 2022 to June 2023. Methodology: Correlational, hypothetical-deductive with a quantitative approach and a non-experimental observational design. The sample consisted of 385 users selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria from 14 randomly chosen pharmacies. Questionnaires based on the SERVQUAL model were used to measure the variables of quality of care and degree of satisfaction. Results: A correlation was confirmed between the quality of care and the degree of satisfaction, and a high level of quality and satisfaction among pharmacy users in the district of San Juan de Miraflores was determined. Conclusion: It was determined that there is a statistically significant relationship (Rho 0.803 and p 0.000; p < 0.05) between the quality of care and the degree of satisfaction of pharmacy users in the district of San Juan de Miraflores, Lima, 2023.

    This research aimed to determine the relationship between the quality of care and the perceived satisfaction of users of pharmacies in the district of San Martin de Porres, Lima 2023. The research methodology was hypothetical, inductive, and correlational, based on basic research with a non-experimental, cross-sectional study design. The technique and tool were based on a questionnaire inquiry designed by the researchers and validated by qualified experts, consisting of 25 closed-ended items with Likert scale responses ranging from 1 to 5. The study employed the parametric Spearman correlation test, with a sample of 384 users. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the quality of care and the perceived satisfaction of users of pharmaceutical establishments (pharmacies and drugstores) in the district of San Martin de Porres, with p < 0.005 and Spearman's Rho = 0.813, indicating a positive and direct correlation in the district of San Martin de Porres, Lima 2023.

    Calidad de servicio y satisfacción del usuario en la botica Joem Farma II durante la pandemia de COVID-19 en Lurín, 2022

    The objective of the study was "To determine the relationship between service quality and user satisfaction at the Joem Farma II pharmacy during the COVID-19 pandemic in Lurín, 2022." The method used was hypothetical-deductive, the type was applied, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional, and correlational design. The population consisted of 1,050 residents of the district of Lurín who attended the pharmacy under study, and the sample included 282 people. Results: It was evidenced that the service quality provided by the Joem Farma II pharmacy was high at 85.1%, which led to 84.4% of the users feeling satisfied with the service provided, according to the opinions and perceptions of the respondents. The Spearman's Rho correlation test obtained a value of 0.000, indicating a relationship between the study variables. Conclusion: It was determined that there is a moderate positive statistical relationship (Sig.=0.000; Rho=0.427) between service quality and user satisfaction at the Joem Farma II pharmacy during the COVID-19 pandemic in Lurín, 2022.

    This research, entitled “Service Quality and User Satisfaction Provided at the Inkafarma Pharmacy in the District of San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima 2023”, has as its general objective to analyze the relationship between service quality and user satisfaction among clients who attend the Inkafarma pharmacy in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho. The research method applied was deductive, with a quantitative approach. The research design was non-experimental, since no variables were manipulated. The sample consisted of 385 users who attended the Inkafarma pharmacy and received services at this pharmaceutical establishment. The instrument was validated by experts in the field and was applied directly to the users.

    Control interno y el abastecimiento de medicamentos en el área de farmacia del Centro de Salud Zarate – 2021

    This research aimed to evaluate whether internal control aids in the supply of medications in the pharmacy area of the Zarate Health Center in 2021. The study's methodology was deductive and descriptive-observational, with a quantitative approach based on a documentary analysis. The research was applied and had a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The population and sample consisted of the internal control and medication supply documentation from the pharmacy area of the Zarate Health Center in 2021. A checklist was used as the data collection instrument to gather all the necessary information from the documentation at the study site. The main results showed that the evaluation of the internal control variable yielded a score of 63 out of 66 possible points, indicating a 95.5% compliance rate. The medication supply variable obtained a score of 37 out of 42 possible points, showing an 88.1% compliance rate. It was concluded that internal control does indeed influence and aid in the supply of medications in the pharmacy area of the Zarate Health Center in 2021.

    La criminalística y la prueba pericial en la etapa del juicio oral en el Poder Judicial de Lima, 2022

    The objective of this work was to determine the existence of a relationship with respect to criminalistics and expert evidence in the stage of the oral trial in the Judicial Power of Lima, 2022. The methodology that has been used has been the inductive method, quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental design, with a population of 100 and a sample of 90 police officers from the Central Special Services Unit - Lima Police Region; these were designated through purposive non-probabilistic sampling, the survey technique, the instrument used was the questionnaire, validation was performed through expert judgment, the reliability of Cronbach's alpha was 0.916 for criminalistics and 0.930 for expert evidence. The results of the statistics used were Spearman's Rho correlation ,341 (p=0.001 <0.05); concluded that the related existence is low statistically significant between the two variables.

    Estilos de vida y obesidad durante la pandemia en usuarios de las boticas Arcangel Rafael del distrito de Santa Anita – Lima Metropolitana, 2022

    Objective: To determine the relationship between lifestyle and obesity during the pandemic among users of Boticas Arcángel Rafael in the district of Santa Anita, Metropolitan Lima, 2022. Method: A quantitative approach was used, with a basic type, non-experimental design, and correlational level. The study population consisted of 1,200 users of the referenced establishment, and a sample of 291 records was analyzed. A questionnaire with a Likert scale was applied for each variable. Statistical analysis was conducted at descriptive and inferential levels using SPSS Version 25.0. Results: The alternative hypothesis was accepted because the p-value of the test was significant (p-value < 0.05), and the correlation coefficient (Rho=0.442) was positive or direct, indicating that an improvement in lifestyle is related to better control of obesity. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between lifestyle and obesity during the pandemic among users of Boticas Arcángel Rafael in the district of Santa Anita, Metropolitan Lima, 2022.

    Evaluación de la eficacia del sistema Farmacia Vecina en las sedes afiliadas de los establecimientos de boticas Perú Lima, 2022

    The objective of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the Farmacia Vecina system in the affiliated branches of Boticas Perú, Lima 2022. The method was deductive, with a quantitative approach; the type of research was basic–substantive, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional, and descriptive design. The study was carried out with a population of 92 workers from the affiliated branches of Farmacia Vecina of Boticas Perú, Lima. The survey was used as the technique, and the questionnaire as the instrument. The results showed that in the dimension of health programs, non-compliance reached 72.8%; in planning, 71.75%; in information, a deficit of 65.2% was identified; in logistics, non-compliance was 69.6%; in dispensing, non-compliance reached 70.7%; and in satisfaction, 70.7% of respondents indicated “almost never” in terms of attended prescriptions and promptness. In conclusion, the effectiveness of the Farmacia Vecina system in the affiliated branches of Boticas Perú presents a high frequency of non-compliance across the evaluated dimensions. Therefore, it is suggested to implement strategies with training schemes on the outcomes and risks of medication substitutions, as well as to develop an improved version of the informatics system used throughout the process, in order to strengthen its effectiveness.

    Factores ambientales en el almacenamiento de los óvulos vaginales de la farmacia Medipharma en el distrito Grocio Prado – Chincha Alta – Ica – 2022

    In the study, the objective was: To determine the relationship between environmental factors and the storage of vaginal suppositories at the MEDIPHARMA pharmacy in the Grocio Prado district - Chincha Alta - Ica - 2022. The methodology applied a quantitative approach, correlational level, basic type, non-experimental cross-sectional design, with a population of 90 users of the MEDIPHARMA pharmacy and 90 vaginal suppositories of CLINDES DUO from the MEDIFARMA laboratory and CLIXDIN from the IQFARMA laboratory stored in the warehouse. Results: It was found that there is a relationship between environmental factors and the storage of vaginal suppositories, indicating that the Pearson correlation test value (r = 0.268*) shows a low positive relationship, with p < 0.05. Therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. Conclusion: It was determined that there is a relationship between environmental factors and the storage of vaginal suppositories at the MEDIPHARMA pharmacy.

    Necesidad de un servicio farmacéutico de preparaciones magistrales a los pobladores en el distrito de Sechura – Piura, 2022

    The objective of this study was to evaluate the need for a pharmaceutical service for compounding preparations in the district of Sechura, Piura, 2022. To this end, a deductive method with a quantitative applied approach was used, with an observational, non-experimental, prospective, and cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 419 individuals, including residents of the district of Sechura, healthcare professionals from the CISMEDIC clinic, and final-year Pharmacy students from ISPT “RRP,” who were surveyed using a questionnaire. This instrument was essential to identify and determine the parameters of the study. The results showed that 90.2%, 5.0%, and 4.8% were residents, healthcare professionals, and pharmacy students, respectively. Among them, 53.6% were adults (54.4% residents, 20% students, and 71.4% healthcare professionals); 35.2% were young individuals (80% students, 33.2% residents, and 28.6% healthcare professionals); and finally, 11.2% were elderly (with 12.5% being residents). It was concluded that the need for a pharmaceutical service for compounding preparations in the population of Sechura district was high, at 99.78%, with only 0.24% indicating a low level of need.

    Nivel de conocimiento de hiperprolactinemia y actitudes al tratamiento farmacológico en pacientes de la Clínica San Pedro, Huacho – 2021–2022

    Objective: To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of hyperprolactinemia and attitudes toward pharmacological treatment among patients at Clínica San Pedro, Huacho (2021–2022). Methodology: This was a non-experimental, applied study with a quantitative, descriptive-correlational, prospective, and cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 234 patients aged 18 to 40 years. Data were collected using a survey technique and a structured questionnaire. A 95% confidence level was applied. Results: Findings indicate a relationship between knowledge of hyperprolactinemia and attitudes toward pharmacological treatment. Among participants with a medium level of knowledge, agreement with treatment was higher (35.9%; n=84), whereas among those with a high level of knowledge, disagreement with pharmacological treatment was more frequent (29.9%; n=70). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge of hyperprolactinemia and patients’ attitudes toward pharmacological treatment. Chi-square test results confirmed statistical significance, with an asymptotic bilateral significance value of ≤ 0.00.

    Nivel de conocimientos y actitudes sobre la anticoncepción oral de emergencia en usuarios atendidos en las farmacias Farmaperu. Juliaca 2021

    The research aimed to establish the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes toward emergency oral contraception in users attended at FARMAPERU pharmacies. Methodology: The study was hypothetical-deductive with a quantitative approach, basic type, non-experimental, and descriptive-correlational design. The representative sample consisted of 144 users who visited FARMAPERU pharmacies, and a questionnaire was used for data collection. The statistical test applied was Chi-square. Results: Regarding the level of knowledge about "emergency oral contraception," the majority had a medium level (75%), with general knowledge being low (49.3%) and medium (48.6%), knowledge about its use being medium (56.9%), and knowledge about its mode of action being low (68.1%). Regarding attitudes, the majority showed a favorable attitude (86.1%). The p-value was less than 0.05 (0.048) between "level of knowledge and attitudes." Conclusion: It was established that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes toward emergency oral contraception.

    La publicidad farmacéutica y el consumo de medicamentos de venta libre (OTC) en usuarios de la botica SUPERFAR de Barrios Altos – Cercado de Lima, 2022

    This research was conducted in an adult population due to the observed high rate of over-the-counter (OTC) medication acquisition and misleading advertising in mass media, which motivated the study of this issue. The objective was to determine the relationship between pharmaceutical advertising and the consumption of OTC medications among users of the SUPERFAR drugstore in Barrios Altos, Cercado de Lima, in 2022. The methodology used was a quantitative approach, a non-experimental cross-sectional design, and a correlational scope. The sample consisted of 269 users, who were administered a 20-question questionnaire via the survey technique. SPSS Version 22 was used for the results, and Spearman's correlation test was used at a 5% significance level. The correlation for the general hypothesis was determined, yielding a p-value of 0.000 and a Spearman's Rho value of r= 0.729, indicating a strong and direct correlation between the two variables. Conclusion: A significant relationship was established between both variables.
