Methodology: The method will be hypothetical - deductive, quantitative approach, basic type, design Descriptive and cross-sectional, the sample will consist of 80 participating mothers applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria defined in the research. Data collection techniques and instruments: For the collection of information on the variable: Dropout factors for growth and development control, the instrument "Questionnaire of dropout factors for mothers who attend CRED programs" will be applied, consisting of of 20 items grouped in 3 dimensions. Procedures: a cover letter will be requested that supports the objective of the investigation by the Norbert Wiener University, likewise it will be coordinated with the head of service, hours in which the information of the mothers of children under 5 years of age can be obtained , the data sheets will be coded, after which a data matrix table will be designed in the SPSS V24 program Statistical analysis: Absolute and relative frequency tables, measures of central tendency and some operations with the values obtained will be used specifically with the items of the instrument to be able to evaluate the main variable and its dimensions, with said results of the analysis, the tables and figures will be organized that will allow the description of the results, the discussion and the synthesis of the findings that are the conclusions.Ítem Acceso abierto Efficacy of dialytic treatment compared to conservative treatment for survival in elderly patients with end-stage renal disease.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-07-08) Estrada Cacha, Rosa Geraldine; Sánchez Portella, Yari Noemí; Matta Solis, Hernan HugoObjective: To systematize and evidence the efficacy of kidney transplantation in the reduction of the risk of graft loss for survival in pediatric patients. Materials and Methods: The study is quantitative, with a systematic review design. The population consisted of 39 articles that were reviewed, and 10 scientific articles were selected as the sample. Of these, 20% (n=2/10) were systematic reviews, 10% (n=1/10) were systematic review and meta-analysis, and 70% (n=7/10) were cohort studies. According to the quality of evidence, 30% was rated as high and 70% as moderate. In terms of the strength of recommendations, 30% were strong and 70% were weak, based on the country where the research was conducted. Results: The reviewed articles show that 40% (n=4/10) indicate the efficacy of renal replacement therapy in the risk of graft loss for survival in pediatric patients. Another 40% (n=4/10) state that it is partially effective, and 20% (n=2/10) state it is not effective. Conclusion: It is concluded that 40% (n=4/10) indicates that renal replacement therapy is partially effective in the risk of graft loss for survival in pediatric patients.
