The study presents a methodology with a quantitative approach, descriptive, correlational, prospective cross-sectional design. The results found that 86.5% of satisfied workers mentioned that the organizational climate is adequate in their workplace, 48.1% mentioned they regularly participate in setting institutional goals and actions, 44.2% mentioned they are regularly committed to the organization, 55.8% mentioned that the supervisor rarely provides support to overcome obstacles, 42.3% mentioned that information flow in the office is rarely adequate, and 48.1% mentioned that coworkers regularly work as a team. The conclusion is that there is a significant relationship (p=0.002) between organizational climate and job satisfaction in workers of a clinic in Lima 2020.
