Remote care became a new paradigm of healthcare, we must adapt to it and benefit from its services; That is why we need to assess the satisfaction of users who used this form of care, which allows us to improve the implementation processes, sustainability and continuous improvement of teleconsultation. Objective: Determine if there is a relationship between usability of teleconsultation and satisfaction in users of Hospital II of Pasco, Social Security. Cerro de Pasco-Peru 2024. Material and method: It is a non-experimental, cross-sectional correlational study. Unit of analysis are teleconsultation users. The survey was used, as a data collection technique, through non-probabilistic convenience sampling using the Telehealth Usability Questionnaire (TUQ) translated and adapted to Spanish and the modified SERVQUAL where we assessed perception; both instruments adapted for research and submitted to expert judgment. The future use dimension obtained a Spearman's Rho coefficient of 0.809, indicating a very high relationship; Likewise, the dimensions usefulness, ease of use and learning, interface quality, interaction quality and reliability have a direct and high relationship, with a Spearman's Rho coefficient greater than 0.700 and a value of p=0.000 in all dimensions; However, the majority of those surveyed expressed little satisfaction (55%).
