It had a population of 270 and a sample of 187 nursing graduates. The survey collected through 2 questionnaires was applied as a technique to capture the information: the 4-dimensional transformational leadership questionnaire with 20 statements and the 3-dimensional job performance questionnaire with 30 statements. Results: Regarding the analysis of the general hypothesis, it was found that there is a significant relationship between transformational leadership and job performance (p=0.000 at a 0.05 level of significance). According to the specific hypotheses, there was a significant relationship between Idealized influence of transformational leadership and work performance (p=0.002 at the 0.05 level of significance), between Inspirational motivation of transformational leadership and work performance (p=0.024 at the 0 level of significance). .05), no statistically significant relationship was found between the intellectual stimulation of transformational leadership and work performance (p=0.239 at the 0.05 level of significance) and finally, no statistically significant relationship was found between the individualized consideration of the transformational leadership and job performance (p=0.239 at a significance level of 0.05). Conclusions: A significant relationship was reported between the variables used in the research (p<0.05). In the specific hypotheses, there was a significant relationship in idealized influence and inspirational motivation, but there was no significant relationship in intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration.
