    Stress and work performance in the nurse of the growth and development service of a health center, Ventanilla - Callao 2022

    The workplace is described as a place of great importance for the human being, since it is where more time is exchanged and more energy is invested, but conflict situations at work can cause stress, exhaustion, anxiety attacks. and depression resulting in poor job performance. Objective To determine the relationship between stress and the work performance of the nurse of the Growth and Development service of a Ventanilla health center - Callao 2022. The methodology used in the research is based on a hypothetical deductive, quantitative approach, with a cross- sectional and non-experimental design. The study involves a sample of 53 nurses from the Growth and Development service of a Ventanilla - Callao 2022 health center. The survey was used to employ 2 Likert-type scale questionnaires, the measurement of work stress in 7 dimensions includes 25 questions. The Labor Performance Questionnaire, divided into two dimensions, consists of 20 questions, the statistical program SPSSvol.25 was used. Therefore, this publication is designed to help employees achieve better performance in a professional environment. This study is referenced with international, national and local pioneers and is not useful within public or private institutions.
