Publicación Acceso abierto Efecto de la pausa activa en el estrés laboral en el personal de enfermeria del HNERM Lima 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-01-20) Farro Uceda, Gladys Yolanda; Hermoza Moquillaza, Rocío VictoriaObjective: To determine the effect of the active break on work stress in the Pediatric Emergency Nursing and Pediatric ICU staff of Hospital Rebagliati Lima 2022. Methodology: A study with a Quantitative, Quasi-Experimental, Longitudinal approach was carried out. In the application of the study, the changes obtained in the nursing staff were measured before and after the application of the active break in relation to work stress. The population will correspond to HNERM Emergency Nursing and Pediatric ICU Personnel, with a non-generalizable scope. The study did not take a sample and was applied to the group of 85 participants in its entirety Graduates (or) s in number of 45 and Technical and Nursing Assistant personnel, in number of 40. For the collection of information, the Maslach inventory instrument (IMB) was drawn up by Maslach and Jackson, in Colombia in 1986, with internal consistency of the scale of 0.79 Alpha Cronbach coefficient, 0.89. It is made up of 22 items in the form of statements about the professional's feelings and attitudes in three dimensions: Emotional exhaustion, Depersonalization, and Personal fulfillment. It was classified into three levels: high, medium and low, within which each level of stress was qualified using score intervals, Inclusion criteria. Personnel currently working in the service. Personnel with at least one year of experience in emergency care work and Pediatric ICU. Commitment to participate in the study. Personnel with care work, provide resources for patient care (supervisors are excluded) Results: 85 members of the HNERM Emergency and Pediatric ICU nursing team participated in the study, with an average age of 25 to 65 years, 3 graduates and 2 nursing technicians belong to the male gender (5.88%) and 80 members to the female gender (94.12). The prevalence of high level of stress corresponded to 21.2% (18), mean level of stress 54.1 (46) of the respondents. Associated with stress: emotional exhaustion, working all day with people, feeling of spending a lot of time at work. Conclusion: Stress is associated in nursing staff to work factors and frequent contact with people, as well as the time dedicated to work performance.
