    Relación entre clima organizacional y la satisfacción del usuario interno en el servicio de medicina física y rehabilitación del Hospital Regional Miguel Ángel Mariscal Llerena, Ayacucho 2023

    The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational climate and internal user satisfaction. The method used was deductive with a quantitative, analytical, correlational and non-experimental approach. The population consisted of 88 internal users working in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Service of the Miguel Ángel Mariscal Llerena Regional Hospital, Ayacucho. The results were: the most frequent age was between 20 and 30 years (55.7%), the predominant sex among the workers was female (63.6%), the most frequent work condition was a contract (72.7%) and the most frequent time of service was between 1 and 5 years (42%), 70.7% of the internal users considered that they had been working in the service between 1 and 5 years (42%). In the correlation analysis for each dimension of the organizational climate variable, the following were found: personal fulfillment (0.720 p=0.005), supervision (0.846 p=0.007), communication (0.924 p=0.002) and working conditions (0.891 p=0.009). It is concluded that there is a high positive correlation (0.835) and significant (p=0.022) between organizational climate and internal user satisfaction in the Regional Hospital Miguel Angel Mariscal Llerena, Ayacucho.
