It has a quantitative, applied and non-experimental methodology applied to 100 students, with which the following results are available. It is evident that, within the general data of the application of the survey to nursing students, 79% of the participants belong to the female gender, 21% to the male gender. Finally, young people aged 25 or over only correspond to 25% of the participating population. Likewise, it is evident that academic anxiety is at a high level in 59%. Likewise, it is observed that the commitment of students is high at 65%, likewise, it is identified that the relationship between the State Anxiety dimension of Academic Anxiety with academic commitment in Nursing students is positive (Rho= 0.771) and statistically significant, with a significance value calculated from p=0.000 < 0.05”). It is determined that the relationship between academic anxiety and academic commitment in Nursing students is positive and good (Spearman's Rho = 0.678), and is statistically significant with a calculated significance value of p = 0.000 < 0.05.).Ítem Acceso abierto Academic stress and sleep quality in students of the eighth cycle of nursing at a private university in Lima, 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-05-30) Sanchez Berrocal, Renzo; Fernández Rengifo, Werther FernandoThe general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between academic stress and quality of sleep-in students of the eighth cycle of nursing at a private university in Lima, 2023. The hypothetical deductive, quantitative, applied, cross-sectional method was applied. and correlational level. The population was made up of 80 nursing students from the eighth cycle of a private university in Lima. The technique was the survey, the instrument applied was the SISCO SV Inventory of academic stress and the Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index (ICSP). The statistical results showed that there is no significant relationship between the academic stress variable and sleep quality (p=0.294) and they are related in a minimal negative way (Rho = -0.117). The decision is made not to reject the null hypothesis and not to accept the alternative hypothesis. It was concluded that stress is not related to sleep quality in nursing students at a private university in Lima. Method: The study was applied, with the support of a non-experimental design and under a hypothetical deductive method, data collected with validated and reliable instruments were correlated to measure quality of life and adherence to treatment in a sample of 81 patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis treatment assigned to the clinic. Results: It was determined that quality of life is positively, well and statistically significantly related (Rho Spearman=0.681 and p=0.000) with adherence to treatment in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis. Objective: To determine the relationship between adherence to treatment with micronutrients and the level of iron deficiency anemia in children between 6 and 36 months of age who attend the Cruce de Shumba Health Center in the city of Jaén. Materials and methods: quantitative approach study, non-experimental design, correlational type, will use the hypothetical deductive method. The sample will be made up of 82 children cared for in the strategy. For data collection, a triangulation of sources and instruments will be used. In the case of the variable: Adherence to treatment with micronutrients, a questionnaire structured in two parts will be used: General data of the child and the mother and specific information on treatment with micronutrients based on the instrument of the nursing graduate Senaida Sedano Izurraga the year 2018. In the case of the second variable, a record sheet of the hemoglobin value will be used. La ansiedad antes de la cirugía, caracterizada por sentimientos de miedo, preocupación y nerviosismo, puede influir significativamente en la percepción y la intensidad del dolor experimentado después de la operación. El objetivo del estudio será “determinar cuál es la relación entre la ansiedad preoperatoria y el dolor postquirúrgico en los pacientes del servicio de cirugía de un hospital estatal, Nuevo Chimbote 2024”. Objective: to establish the relationship between anxiety and depression in the nursing staff of the intensive care unit of a reference hospital in the northern cone of Lima, 2021. Methods: the study will be observational, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional. The population and census sample will be made up of all the nursing staff who work in the intensive care unit of the Cayetano Heredia national hospital in the northern cone of Lima. Objective: To determine how anxiety is related to hopelessness in adolescents attending the San Cosme Community Mental Health Center in La Victoria, Lima - 2022. Methodology: the study is a quantitative, cross-sectional correlational, non-experimental design. Eighty adolescents and men between 12 and 19 years of age will participate and will be surveyed using internationally validated and reliable psychometrically validated instruments such as the Beck Anxiety Inventory and the Beck Hopelessness Scale. The data will begin with data coding, tabulating and then passing them to the SPSS v.26 program, and by means of the statistical tests of Spearman's correlation coefficient, the hypotheses of the variables of the qualitative study will be tested. Objective: To compare anxiety in nurses at the Hermilio Valdizán Hospital and the Víctor Larco Herrera Hospital in order to timely recognize the signs and symptoms of the mental disorder anxiety. Methods. The patient's risk situation will be communicated, and preventive guidelines will be provided as part of the process. The project will take place at the Concepción Medical Center of EsSalud, a primary care facility, where home care is provided to 30 users aged over 60. The project will have access to the sample population following coordination with the institution. The population consisted of 56 articles, and the sample was 10 scientific articles published and indexed in scientific databases. The instrument used was a search in the following databases: Pub Med, Epistemonikos, Cochrane, and Wiley. For the evaluation of the articles, the GRADE system was used, which assessed the quality of evidence and the strength of recommendations. Results: The 10 articles correspond to 10% from Australia, 10% from Norway, 20% from the United Kingdom, and 60% from the United States, respectively. In relation to the designs, 20% are systematic reviews, 70% are randomized controlled trials, and 10% are retrospective cohort studies. Material and method: The study will be applicative, quantitative approach, correlational scope, non-experimental and cross-sectional design. The total population will be 125 nurses. Two data collection instruments will be used: The Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) to measure Burnout Syndrome and the Patient Health Questionnaire - 9 (PHQ - 9), to measure depression. The technique to be used will be the survey. Objective: “To determine how burnout syndrome can be related to job satisfaction in nursing professionals in the emergency service of a clinic in Lima, 2023.” Methods: Continuing with the hypothetical - deductive method, under the quantitative approach and with a cross-section with a census population of 70 nursing professionals who will be administered the Maslach Questionnaire for Burnout and the SL-SPC job satisfaction scale, both with an approved validity and a reliability of .92 and .902 respectively. The results will be analyzed under the SPSS 26 statistical program. The results will be presented and discussed in tables and figures.
