    Organizational climate and job satisfaction in emergency area nurses in a private clinic, Lima 2023

    Objective: "To determine the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction among emergency nurses in a private clinic". The study population will be constituted by 60 nursing professionals working in the emergency department of a private clinic. The sample will be the total population. Methodological Design: The type of research will be applied. Observational, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional design. The data collection technique will be the survey. Instruments: To evaluate the variable "Organizational climate" the questionnaire used by Carcausto, et al 2023, reliable by Crombach's Alpha of 0.902 will be used and to evaluate the variable "Job satisfaction" the questionnaire by Risco 2023, reliable by Crombach's Alpha with index of 0.82 will be applied. The statistical processing and data analysis will be carried out through descriptive techniques and frequencies expressed in percentages, the statistical analysis will be according to its distribution and for this purpose statistical tests will be used (Pearson's Correlation, Spearman's Rho Correlation).
