Publicación Acceso abierto Clima laboral y satisfacción docente en el Colegio Tecnico Microempresarial El Carmen – Colombia, 2016(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2017) Figueroa Aparicio, Hermes; González Román, Sandra Milena; Fox Cortez, Julio AlonsoEducational institutions such as productive enterprises are formed by work teams and interpersonal relationships are given in order to carry out actions directed to the achievement of the objectives established in each one of them; Understand the impact that individuals, groups and structure have on the behavior within the institution allows to improve the effectiveness of the institution and the achievement of its goals, this behavior is due to the prevailing work climate, this is the reflection of the Teacher satisfaction, so it is necessary to know the perceptions of teachers in relation to their work environment. The present research work has as general objective to determine the relationship between work climate and teacher satisfaction in the El Carmen - Colombia Technical College in 2016; For which, the quantitative approach was used, being the type of basic research of correlative descriptive level, of non-experimental design; The entire population of the 90 teachers was considered, to which two questionnaires were applied to measure both study variables, with the Spearman Rho correlation coefficient being used for the hypothesis test. It was found that there is a significant relationship between the working climate and teacher satisfaction (Rho = 0.474 and p = 0.035). In the analysis by dimensions it was found that: There is a direct relationship between motivation and teacher satisfaction (Rho = 0.525 and p = 0.021); There is no relationship between leadership and teacher satisfaction (Rho = 0.208 and p = 0149); There is a direct relationship between conflict resolution and teacher satisfaction (Rho = 0.497 and p = 0.033).
