Quality of nursing care related to the level of satisfaction of the patient treated in the emergency service of a hospital in Ica, 2023

Introduction: Currently; When talking about patient satisfaction, it is impossible to separate it from quality health care, and when talking about quality of care, it must be done considering it from the point of view of the patient's expectation and perception. Objective: The objective of this research is to determine how the quality of nursing care is related to the level of satisfaction of a hospital in Ica 2023. Methodology: The work is developed through a quantitative research approach of non-experimental design with a hypothetical-deductive method. The population will be made up of patients treated in the emergency service who are between 18 and 60 years of age, the sample will be made up of a total of 164 patients and the procedure used in this project is simple random probabilistic sampling. As a data collection technique and instrument: the interview will be used for both variables. Quality of care will be evaluated through three components: human, technical, scientific and environment, while patient satisfaction will be evaluated by the servqual questionnaire. In resolving the results, we will proceed with the analysis of the data obtained from the sample and designing in Excel, through the SPSS program, a descriptive analysis will be carried out through the distribution of absolute and relative frequencies. To then do a nonparametric difference statistical analysis.
