Ítem Acceso abierto Post-operative patient's perception about safety in surgery in a public hospital Lima, 2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-12-27) Flores Almeyda, Sheyla Marinha; Mori Castro, Jaime AlbertoIntroduction: According to the WHO, there is evidence of importance in the topic and the application of standards to ensure quality care. Safe Surgery developed by the WHO aims to provide safety in the surgical act, reduce complications, errors and adverse events. Objective: The objective of the study is to determine the perception of the post-operative patient about safety in surgery in a public hospital Lima, 2020. Methodology: The study has a quantitative approach. A descriptive, non-experimental, cross-sectional study will be carried out. . The study population will be made up of 455 patients and the sample is 90 patients treated in the months of November and December 2020, the technique is the interview and the instrument is the questionnaire on Perception of safe surgery created by collazos made up of 15 questions divided into 3 dimensions: Before anesthesia with 9 questions, after surgeries 3 questions and Safety opinions of hospital services with 3 questions. These data will be entered into an Excel table, and after that they will be transferred to the SPSS version 26.0 program and the data will be statistically analyzed.
