Methodology: The research was basic in type, with a non-experimental design, quantitative approach, correlational scope, and cross-sectional cut. The sample consisted of 385 men selected through systematic random sampling. A questionnaire was used to assess the physical, emotional, sexual, and behavioral dimensions of andropause, along with the physical symptoms of anxiety. The most frequently reported physical symptoms were a decreased ability to engage in sports (56.1%) and joint and muscle pain (33.8%). Regarding sociodemographic data, men aged 60–69, divorced individuals, and those with comorbidities showed higher levels of severe andropause and anxiety. Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between the manifestations of andropause and anxiety symptoms, highlighting the need for comprehensive care addressing the physical, emotional, and mental health of older adult men.
