The methodology was a correlational level and an observational-cross-sectional type. A questionnaire was used to analyze a sample of 384 people, with the evaluation focused on 15 questions across two variables, using the dimensions of sociodemographic factors. Results: Among the sociodemographic factors, it was determined that 48.2% were aged 36 to 64; 59.9% had a secondary education; 64.8% were employed; and 81.8% had a history of health conditions.
