The objective was to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction of health personnel in the Micro Network Santa Adriana, Juliaca, 2019, under an applied, descriptive correlational methodology and a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The study population was 170 Micro Network collaborators and a census sampling was used. The Organizational Climate variable was evaluated based on three dimensions: Organizational behavior, organizational structure and management style; while the job satisfaction variable based on its intrinsic and extrinsic dimensions. The validated questionnaires of OC in Salud de Segredo (ECOS-S) and the SL SPC will be used. The results indicate an organizational climate in 65.9% bad and a job satisfaction in a regular level in 53.5%. According to the Spearman correlation test, there is a direct significant correlation between both variables, but of a weak degree (0.216). Likewise, a similar correlation (direct significant and weak degree = 0.241) was found between the organizational climate and the intrinsic dimension of job satisfaction; contrary to the extrinsic dimension, no significant correlation was found. In conclusion, if the organizational climate were to improve in the Micro Network Santa Adriana de Juliaca, job satisfaction would also improve, although in a small proportion.
