Ítem Acceso abierto Humanized Nursing Care and User Satisfaction in the Inpatient Services of a Private Clinic in Lima, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-12-22) Flores Toledo, Maricruz Adela; Cabrera Espezua, Jeannelly PaolaObjective: To determine the relationship between humanized nursing care and user satisfaction in the inpatient services of a private clinic in Lima, 2022. Materials and Methods: Non-experimental design, descriptive and correlational level, with a hypothetical-deductive method. The study worked with a total population of 108 hospitalized patients across different services. The instrument used was a questionnaire and a Likert scale for both variables, within a specified time frame. Results: There is a relationship between humanized nursing care and user satisfaction (p = 0.000 < 0.05). Regarding humanized nursing care and patient satisfaction, the results indicated that 92.6% were satisfied, while 88% showed a favorable level according to the "nursing skills" dimension, 84.3% had a favorable level according to the "nurse-patient communication openness" dimension, and 85.2% reported a favorable level according to the "willingness to provide care" dimension. Conclusion: It is concluded that there is a significant relationship between humanized nursing care and user satisfaction, with a Spearman's correlation coefficient of Rho = 0.662 and p = 0.000.
