    Quality of nursing care and satisfaction of mothers of children under 5 years of age in the growth and development service of a Health Center in Lima, 2024

    Introduction: The considerable disparity in access to essential health services, reflected in the lack of comprehensive coverage for approximately 3.6 billion people, according to WHO data, has sparked deep reflection on the excellence of nursing care worldwide. This study is located at the intersection of this problem, focusing specifically on exhaustively evaluating a prominent health entity in Lima, where the excellence of nursing care and the compliance of the parents of infants under 5 years of age will be evaluated. Growth and Development service in the year 2024. Objective: Determine how the quality of nursing care is related to the satisfaction of mothers of children under 5 years of age..Aspects concerning protocol implementation, the quality of human interaction and the identification of environmental and organizational factors that potentially impact the vision of care will be precisely addressed. Methods: The methodology adopted is framed in a hypothetical-deductive approach, supported by a nonexperimental transversal inquiry. The target town includes 100 mothers attending the service in question. Validated questionnaires will be used, breaking down technical and scientific elements, as well as environmental factors. The data will be analyzed using SPSS version 26 software, and the Spearman linking factor will be used for the ranges. This study, with its strong theoretical foundations and meticulous methodology, not only aims to enrich knowledge in the field of nursing, but also to generate applicable results that positively impact the delivery of healthcare services. The findings obtained are seen as valuable inputs for decision making, with a view to achieving excellence in health management, it is essential to comprehensively improve care and we relate it to the complacency of parents who visit the required service.
