    The objective of the research was to establish the relationship between academic stress and academic goals in radiology students of a public university in Lima, 2022. The study followed the quantitative approach, the hypothetical deductive method, applied type, correlational level and cross-sectional. The research sample was non-probabilistic for convenience, with a total of 80 radiology students. The instruments used were the Academic Stress Questionnaire by Pulido et al. (2015) and the Academic Goals Questionnaire by Durán and Arias (2016), both with 5 Likert scale-type response categories. Both instruments were validated through of expert judgment and reliability through Cronbach's Alpha, obtaining an acceptable degree of reliability. The statistical results indicated a p-value= 0.000 and Rho= - 0.427, specifying that there is a significant relationship between the variables. Therefore, it is concluded that academic stress is related to academic goals.
