Aplicación de las técnicas de la inmunocitoquímica psa y citoquímica pas para el reconocimiento e identificación de espermatozoides en muestras forenses por violencia sexual en el Hospital Nacional Alberto Sabogal Soleguren, 2017

The main objective of this research is to determine the relationship between the application of the techniques of immunocytochemistry PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen) and cytochemistry PAS (Periodic Acid of Shiff) in the recognition and identification of sperm in forensic samples for sexual violence in the Alberto Sabogal Soleguren National Hospital, 2017. The research is framed within the type of applied research, of nonexperimental design of correlational level since in this case the 2 variable is subjected to two methods, PSA immunocytochemistry and PAS cytochemistry, to determine the presence of sperm microscopically; the first method based on the antibody antigen reaction and a second method based on the chemical composition of the cells where the reaction of the mucopolysaccharides has been carried out: both tests standardized and carried out on positively charged plates From these methodological instruments the present investigation is constituted by 87 samples: 19 swabs vaginal secretion, 2 swabs anal secretion, 2 swabs perianal secretion, 10 intimate garments, 10 toilet paper, 10 sanitary towels, 10 swabs from the body region, 12 cotton fabrics, 12 synthetic fabrics. Subsequently, all the samples were processed in the positively charged sheets for the application of the PSA Immunocytochemistry and PAS Cytochemistry. The evaluation of films was previously validated by expert judgment, for greater rigor and reliability of the research. The statistical program IBM SPSS Statistics versión 24.0. was used for the hypothesis test. Concluding that this research is to provide the application of techniques of recognition of sperm confirmation where the forensic samples related to sexual violence, referred to the crime lab are processed with the study techniques allowing microscopic visualization and identifying the sperm in the minor time spent and with the highest sensitivity and specificity of the product found supporting the expert work of our country.

Aplicación del software descartes en la construcción de la noción de fracción en estudiantes de la Institución Educativa Técnico Comercial Sagrado Corazón de Jesús de Chiquinquirá - Colombia 2016

The main objective of the present investigation is to verify what extent the application of the software Descartes improves the construction of the notion of fraction per the students of fourth degree of the Sede Central in the Institución Educativa Técnico Comercial Sagrado Corazón de Jesús of Chiquinquirá in the year 2016, considering the meaning of fraction as part-whole, measure and multiplicative operator. The research by its type is applied, of quasiexperimental level, of pretestpostest design with group of control equivalent, of approach or quantitative method, with sample non probabilistic equal to the totality of the population that is to say the 138 students of the four fourth grades, the groups were kept intact in order to preserve their initial equivalence, since they are not randomly assigned or matched, but that groups are already formed before the experiment (Hernández, R., Fernández, C. y Baptista, M. P., 2010), the instrument used for data collection was the questionnaire, the hypothesis test was applied for a normal distribution with a reliability level of 95% and a margin of error of 0,05. The results of the hypothesis contrasts in the input test indicated that at the beginning of the research, the performances where the construction of the notion of fraction from the meanings part, measure and multiplicative operator between the experimental and control groups were shown to be equal; and in the test of output indicated that the performances where the construction of the notion of fraction from the mentioned meanings were shown were higher where Descartes software (experimental group) was applied than where it was not applied (control group). For beafore written, it is concluded that the software Descartes improves in a statistically significant way the construction of the notion of fraction from the meanings part-all, measure and operator multiplicative per the fourth-grade students of the Education Educational in the year 2016.

The objective of this research is to determine how the Blogger technological tool is correlated the academic performance of the Spanish area of the fifth grade students of the Superior Normal School of the Municipality of Villahermosa Tolima in 2018, based on the dimensions of computer network infrastructure, didactic material and the web. Starting from the identification is correlated of the Blogger technological tool as an independent variable and the academic performance as a dependent variable. After identifying the problematic and contextualizing the field of research, the main objective is identified: Determine how the Blogger technological tool is correlated the academic performance of the Spanish area of the fifth-grade students of the School's headquarters Normal Superior of the Municipality of Villahermosa Tolima in the year 2018. The research is basic, in the development a quantitative approach was used, under a correlational descriptive methodological design, through the use of the chi square method, which allowed to observe the behavior of the results of the data. Based on a survey applied to a significant sample of 65 fifth grade students who are part of the headquarters of the Higher Normal School Educational Institution of Villahermosa Tolima. For the solution to the problem have been taken into account various research carried out at international, national and local level, where authors such as (García, 2011), whose research focuses on the creation of an educational blog as an ICT tool applied to education; another author like (Aguilón, 2012) which had the purpose of motivating teachers to implement the blog as a communication and information tool; On the other hand, in Colombia (Padilla, 2014) concludes that the blog is a tool that facilitates the learning of physical education. Finally, it can be concluded that the use of the blog as an educational tool facilitates teaching-learning processes and positively affects the academic performance of students, as it facilitates interaction and presents information in a more interesting and interesting way for students.

The present investigation has as objective to establish the relation that exists between the causes that relate the sexual violation in minors with penal judgments in penal court of Puente Piedra, 2015 The type of research is basic and the design is descriptive correlational. The population is of 03 magistrates of the Criminal Court of Puente Piedra-Lima, considering a nonprobabilistic sample of census type, intentional where the researcher deliberately chose the sampling points. The reliability of the instruments for the independent variable gave a coefficient of Cronbach's Alpha of 0.862 and for the dependent variable 0.861, which determines that the measuring instrument is of internal consistency with a high tendency. According to the hypothesis test, Kendall's Tau b correlation coefficient (Tb = 1000) indicates that there is a significant relationship between the variables of the investigation. Likewise, it is important to specify, according to the results obtained, that both the endogenous and exogenous factors, sexual abuse in minors is one of the factors with the worst repercussions in most of the abusers is to get the child's confidence to initiate a very close contact. personal until the minor's sexual access.

Clima laboral y satisfacción docente en el Colegio Tecnico Microempresarial El Carmen – Colombia, 2016

Educational institutions such as productive enterprises are formed by work teams and interpersonal relationships are given in order to carry out actions directed to the achievement of the objectives established in each one of them; Understand the impact that individuals, groups and structure have on the behavior within the institution allows to improve the effectiveness of the institution and the achievement of its goals, this behavior is due to the prevailing work climate, this is the reflection of the Teacher satisfaction, so it is necessary to know the perceptions of teachers in relation to their work environment. The present research work has as general objective to determine the relationship between work climate and teacher satisfaction in the El Carmen - Colombia Technical College in 2016; For which, the quantitative approach was used, being the type of basic research of correlative descriptive level, of non-experimental design; The entire population of the 90 teachers was considered, to which two questionnaires were applied to measure both study variables, with the Spearman Rho correlation coefficient being used for the hypothesis test. It was found that there is a significant relationship between the working climate and teacher satisfaction (Rho = 0.474 and p = 0.035). In the analysis by dimensions it was found that: There is a direct relationship between motivation and teacher satisfaction (Rho = 0.525 and p = 0.021); There is no relationship between leadership and teacher satisfaction (Rho = 0.208 and p = 0149); There is a direct relationship between conflict resolution and teacher satisfaction (Rho = 0.497 and p = 0.033).

Competencias gerenciales y ejecución del programa de inversiones en la sede del Gobierno Regional de Huánuco, periodo 2015 – 2016

The general aim of the investigation was to determine the correlation between the managerial competitions and the level of execution of the program of investments in the Headquarters of the Regional Government of Huánuco during the period 2015 - 2016. On the methodology: The type was basic of level correlacional, of not experimental design, the approach was quantitative, the sample was 88 workers, the technology the survey and the instrument the questionnaire, the Rho de Spearman was used to confirm the hypotheses. They were achieved to accept the raised hypotheses, wherefrom: one thought that significant correlation exists between the managerial competitions and the behavior of the execution of the program of investments (Rho's value = 0,390 and p = 0,001); of similar form one thought that there exists significant relation of the leadership, planning, teamwork, and globalization with the behavior of the execution of the program of investments. Finally, 76,1 % of the clerical staff and civil servants perceive that the managerial competitions of the Regional Managers of the above mentioned institution are of regular level, being the dimension focused to improving the "Globalization"; 78,4 % of the personnel perceives that the quality of execution of the program of investments was of regular level during the period 2015 - 2016, being the dimension focused to improving the " Environmental gap ".

The objective of the research is to determine the relationship of the organizational culture with the desertion of students of the sixth grade of the Post-Primary, Balcones IE Educational Headquarters Agricultural Technical Institute of the Municipality of Norte de Santander Convention, Colombia 2016. Taking as reference This thematic axis, the research focused on elucidating the multiple factors that have made this problem lodged in the usual course of school dynamics of the institution. In this sense, the research managed to identify some factors at the Academic level such as low school performance and low personal economic resources, as high triggers in the school dropout of the Institution under investigation. In the period 2015 - 2017, whose percentage is 55%, being the rural sees where the increase of this situation is mainly the students of 6th grade of the postprimary, having this precedent takes the Balcones institution headquarters where they are exercised the functions of teacher, for which a sample of 100% is taken being of non-probabilistic census cut; that corresponds to 26 being the totality of sixth grade students, which for the aforementioned are at risk of dropping out. The research is applied, which in turn corroborated that the greatest responsibility in the problem lies in the influence of the social in the family and vice versa; hence, it has been a pedagogical, didactic and sociological challenge to try to unveil its causes and solve them.

The objective of the investigation was to determine how due process influences the autonomy of the crime of money laundering; using the scientific method as a general method, being of a basic type. The modality used in the investigation was the bibliographic and documentary review, which was done by collecting information from various sources such as: sentences, thesis and Internet information, having a descriptive level for it, because the research sought to determine that the autonomy of the crime of money laundering enshrined in Legislative Decree N° 1249, did not violate the fundamental rights that make up the guarantee of due process, such as the right of defense, right to proof and right to the presumption of innocence. In this regard, there is no need for the criminal activities that generated the illicit profits to have been discovered, investigated, prosecuted or sentenced so that the crime of money laundering is investigated, prosecuted and / or sanctioned; without this meaning or implying the violation of the fundamental rights that make up the guarantee of due process.

Diseño de un sistema de control con tecnología Near Field Communication - NFC para la gestión de pagos en un supermercado, Lima - 2019

La presente investigación que lleva por título “Diseño de un sistema de control con tecnología Near Field Communication – NFC para la gestión de pagos en un supermercado, Lima - 2019”, se ha elaborado con el fin de proponer estrategias que ayuden a optimizar el proceso de gestión de pagos adoptando la tecnología de radiofrecuencia NFC; para el desarrollo se ha realizado la recopilación de datos tomando como muestra a 30 colaboradores del área de caja, para ello se ha elaborado un cuestionario de 18 preguntas abiertas a su vez se ha realizado 3 entrevistas con 7 preguntas cada una para el jefe de caja, supervisor de caja y jefe de prevención y/o seguridad. Del análisis de la información se pudo conocer que la empresa necesita mejorar los procesos de pago, modernizar los dispositivos de los módulos permitiendo una mejor gestión, por ello se propone el diseño de un nuevo sistema de pago identificando los requerimientos funcionales y no funcionales, la propuesta del nuevo proceso y el diseño de un nuevo módulo de pagos diferenciado con tecnología NFC.

The present research aims to determine the extent to which the effectiveness of teaching guides for the learning of English vocabulary in sixth grade students of the Technical Education Institution influences San José of the Municipality of FresnoTolima. The objective of this research is to determine the influence of the teaching guides in the learning of the English language vocabulary on sixth grade students of the Technical Educational Institution. San José of the Municipality of Fresno-Tolima. The type of research is applied, since its purpose is to analyze and sustain the use of teaching guides by experimenting based on a strategy where the control group differs from an experimental group in terms of English vocabulary learning. The design used in the research is quasi-experimental of the longitudinal-panel type and the type of research is descriptive-explanatory. This research will be carried out through the design of four learning guides based on four basic vocabulary topics with students grade 6-1 control group (Traditional Methodology) and 6-2 experimental group (Receivers strategy) San José Educational Institution of the municipality of Fresno – Tolima, to which a pre-test and a post-test were applied based on learning guides according to ICFES parameters in order to evaluate these activities as a strategy for the development of English skills. A quantitative analysis was performed between the experimental group and the control group. The obtained results indicated that the learning guides are a strategy that improves the teaching - learning process of the vocabulary and at the same time facilitates the development of the competences in the English area. The population under study is conformed by grades 6-1 and 6-2 school calendar 2016 with a total of 63 students of which when applying a probabilistic sample throws us a total of 54 students.

In this research, the main objective is to determine the efficacy of conflict mediation program as a form of peaceful coexistence to mitigate school violence in public secondary educational institutions in Girardot, Cundinamarca - Colombia, 2015. Starting applied to a sample of 359 students of the official educational institutions questionnaire Girardot - Cundinamarca (Colombia), which allowed to generate levels of reflection and change that would facilitate the mobilization of behavioral patterns and both graduate program effectiveness. By the rate applied research design quasi-experimental, considering that in school behaviors are not limited and they are not restricted and can not be manipulated, so research allowed to have a greater understanding of the dynamics of relationship that there emerge; equally from the quantitative and statistical approach T-Student, it was extended from a statistical analysis using SPSS version 2.2 software Statics. It was observed that the value of reliability assessment tool research, obtained through the statistical program Alfa Cronbach, is in the range of 0.8 to 1, indicating that the instrument is reliable for the collection of information. Problem solving has been covered in several studies and theories of authors who have allowed to have a holistic understanding of the phenomenon, which led to consider the need to set up a program of conflict mediation in educational institutions, which is a priority generate actions of educational, training and reflective type, to reduce violence, bullying and other situations affecting coexistence in the educational context, where the main actors are students and their peers.

The present research has as main objective to determine how the Effectiveness of the monitoring of the clinical histories in the follow up of the urinary tract infections in patients hospitalized in the Service of medicine of the National Hospital PNP Luis Nicasio Sáenz 2016. The present investigation is descriptive, explanatory, based on the efficacy of the monitoring of the clinical histories of patients with urinary tract infection, attended at the PNP National Hospital Luis N. Sáenz, observing time and resources dilation, having a focus qualitative. The research includes a population of 233 clinical records of patients with a diagnosis of urinary tract infection, and the sample is non-probabilistic, which responds to the interest and intentionality of the researchers, to contribute to the problems presented in said hospital; Using our unintended probabilistic sampling. Finally, the hypothesis is fulfilled that an effective monitoring of the clinical histories of the patients with urinary tract infection will reduce the time and resources in their restoration.

The general objective of the research is to determine the relationship between learning styles and academic performance of the students of the School of Industrial Engineering and Business Management of the Norbert Wiener University in 2017. Because of its level, it has the characteristics of a descriptive, correlational study because it is oriented to describe a phenomenon in a given temporal - spatial circumstance and to measure the relationship between the variables of the study. With respect to the design of the research, this is nonexperimental, descriptive correlational. The population is conformed by 164 students comprised between the first and tenth cycle. The sample size was determined equal to 115 students. The general hypothesis is "There is a significant relationship between the learning styles and the academic performance of the students of the School of Industrial Engineering of the Norbert Wiener University year 2017". Using the Spearman correlation coefficient, it was determined that there is a weak relationship between learning styles and academic performance given that a p-significant value of 0.250 and a Spearman coefficient of 0.108 is found, so the null hypothesis is NOT rejected.

The present investigation called "Use of ICT and development" competency in high school students in the Rural educational institution El Rosal - Colombia in the year 2015 purpose was to learn how the inclusion of ICT in the teachinglearning process facilitates the acquisition of skills in the students of the educational institution mentioned and which have shown through the use of techniques such as direct observation and survey This work corresponded to a field study longer than the collection of data through a questionnaire, was done in the environment in which people live. Is could observe the end changes positive in the attitude of them students facing them mathematics, an improvement in the appearance academic and management of tools technology applied to them mathematics. Also in conceptual learning the 0.67 points change, occurred in the procedural learning was given a change of 0.61 and learning attitudinal change was 0.77 points.

Estudio microcomparativo histológico óseo del Canis lupus familiaris (perro) y del homo sapiens (hombre) en investigaciones forenses antropológicas en Cajamarca, 2018

The main objective of this research is to determine the differences between the bone of Canis lupus familiaris (dog) and Homo sapiens (man) during the study of anthropological forensic investigations. The type of research in this thesis was basic, with a descriptive correlational methodological design with a sample of 18 workers. This investigation will determine the differences in morphometry and histological infrastructure, and decomposition time between the bone of the Canis lupus familiaris (dog) and Homo sapiens (man) during the study of anthropological forensic investigations, which will be applied to the discard method to the differentiation of a bone rest of a human with that of non-human. By comparing the histological structures of the Canis lupus familiaris (dog) bone, it will allow to differentiate from the bones of humans by helping and improving the criminal analysis during their expert opinion, since they will be influenced during the investigations. In conclusion, there are significant differences between the histological structures of the Canis lupus familiaris (dog) and Homo sapiens (male) bone, which will allow the identification of bone remains during anthropological research studies.

The main objective of this work was to determine the management of the teacher and the academic performance of biology students of the 7th grade of the Institución Educativa Técnica Empresarial Alberto Castilla of the city of Ibague 2016, analyzing the different factors involved in the Academic performance. A basic design with a quantitative approach was used, with a correlational, descriptive method that allows studying this phenomenon from the point of view of students. To this end, the technique (survey) was applied to the 67 students, the bar diagram was used, which allows to show percentage of the relationship between the teacher's management and the academic performance; In relation to competency-based curricula, didactic strategies and evaluation, since they are based on the development of students' skills and abilities for the fulfillment of basic, disciplinary and labor competencies, that strengthen the levels of learning posed in The dependent variable, taking into account the cognitive, procedural, attitudinal and coexisting levels, that allowed to analyze the problems of the level of performance of the students; The frequency crossing between the dimensions of the variables was then performed and the Chi square statistic was used through the IBM SPPS Statistics version (22.0) of August 2013. The data released were analyzed and thus concluded to meet the objectives and establish recommendations that lead to strengthen the improvement plan of the Educational Institution.

Identificación de personas mediante la optimización del odontograma de la norma técnica del Perú, Cusco 2018

The goal of the present study is to investigate if the identification of people is more effective and accurate with the optimization odontogram of Norma Tecnica from Peru. The method design is descriptive and a one-time comparison with quantitative focus, for which 90 participants were given two odontograms per person, and the records from the classic system were compared with the optimized records. The results in all dimensions of the different characteristic studied were: for the classic records, between two and eight similarities of identification in a group of 90 people were found and for the optimized odontograms no similarity was found.

La imperfección de la escena del crimen en accidentes de tránsito y su incidencia en la investigación de los operadores de justicia del distrito de Tarapoto, 2019

The purpose of this master's study was to determine the incidence of the crime scene imperfection in traffic accidents that influence the investigation of the justice operators of the Tarapoto district, being developed based on criminalistics personnel, procedures and Crime scene protection. The type of research was applied, with a quantitative approach of descriptive level and correlational, nonexperimental and transversal design. The population was conformed by the 15 operators of justice of the district of Tarapoto; The sample is considered census type, not probabilistic, where the sample was equal to the population (n = N). For the collection of information, the Survey technique was used and as an instrument the Questionnaire, prepared for each of the variables under study; Both instruments have content validity and statistical reliability through Cronbach's alpha, obtaining high trend values for both questionnaires (c1 = 0.736 and c2 = 0.888). The results of the investigation determine that the level of the IMPERFECTION variable of the crime scene in traffic accidents is at a medium level and the level of the INVESTIGATION variable of justice operators is also medium. There is also a correlation at the 5% level, that is; It is significant, medium, direct and positive, determined by Pearson's correlation coefficient (r = 0.533 *) and a Bilateral Sig of 0.041. When obtaining a Sig (bilateral), whose value is less than 0.05, the general hypothesis (Hi) is accepted, therefore, if there is a significant incidence between the imperfection of the crime scene and the investigation of the justice operators. Therefore, if the crime scene is contaminated, the investigation of the justice operators is limited or tends to be limited due to lack of evidence.

The main objective of this research is to determine to what extent the implementation of the Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard influences the Quality of Service with full-time Teachers of the Private University Norbert Wiener for the year 2018. Type of research: The type of research is basic, the level of the study is explanatory. Design and method of the investigation: Of method and correlational design. Population and sample: The sample consists of 57 full-time teachers. The instrument developed by the researcher was taken, which is the QMS Questionnaire based on the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard and Quality of Service, which has 6 dimensions. Hypothesis test: In the contracting of the hypothesis the Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient is equal to 0.853, this indicates that there is a positive correlation of the independent variable SGC based on the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard with the variable Quality Service. Also, the level of significance (sig. = 0.000) is less than p value 0.05, therefore, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. Conclusion: The influence of the SGC based on the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard on Quality of Service was determined. Likewise, the influence of Commitment with Administration and Leadership, Customer Focus and Quality Audit Systems was established at the Private University Norbert Wiener for the year 2018.

La incidencia de e-learning en el desempeño académico de los estudiantes en las universidades de Boyacá y Santander, Colombia, año 2016

Taking into account that in the educational field, the network connectivity, the structure of the virtual platform and the web tools are fundamental elements in the elearning modality at a global level, the objective of this study was to identify the influence of e-learning in the academic student performance in the Universities of Boyacá and Santander, in Colombia, during the year 2016. The research was basic experimental with quantitative approach and descriptive correlational method; a structure survey based on the Likert test. It was applied to a population sample of 40 second-semester students of civil works and electricity technology programs of the School of Technological Sciences of the Faculty of Distance Studies of the Pedagogical and Technological University of Colombia and 40 of second semester of the Master in Administration in Educational Computing of the University of Santander; for the systematization of information the SPSS software was used and for the verification of the hypothesis, the Chi square test. It was evidenced that more than 80% of students agree that their universities have good connectivity, information security, user authenticity and intranet navigability to provide administrative and academic services through the web. Regarding the dimension of the virtual platform, the students indicated that they agreed with the need to improve the structuring of virtual courses or modules, which include elements such as: indicators, digital resources, activities, weighting to evaluate activities, visible blocks of participants, ratings, forums, chats, messages, calendars, use of web 2.0 tools, and as indispensable training in the use of the platform. Regarding the resources dimension and web tools, they also agree that specialized software, repositories, specific pages and simulators should be used in the development of activities. It is concluded that there is a significant incidence of E-learning in the academic student performance of the two universities; the perception in relation to connectivity is positive; however, taking into account the dimension of the virtual platform structure, the web tools and resources; it is not the same, which shows flaws that affect these processes.
