    Psychosocial factors and their relationship with workplace harassment in workers of a hydrocarbon company, Lurín, 2022

    The general objective of this research work entitled “Psychosocial factors and their relationship with workplace harassment in workers of a hydrocarbon company, Lurín, 2022” is to determine the relationship between psychosocial factors and workplace harassment in workers. The methodology is hypothetical-deductive, applied, with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, cross-sectional and correlational level. The population is made up of 220 workers, whose sample is 80 workers. The technique to be used will be the survey and the instruments to be used will be 2 questionnaires; the psychosocial factors questionnaire (ISTAS 21) and the Violence and Psychological Harassment at Work questionnaire (IVAPT – PANDO). The SPSS program will be used for data processing and the Spearman correlation coefficient statistical test will be used for data analysis.
