    Methodology: quantitative, cross-sectional, descriptive correlational research, with a population of 80 professional nurses working in the emergency service of the Level III - 2 Hospital, the technique to be used in the field of study will be the survey, with 2 data collection instruments, Likert scale type, which measures the professional quality of life, updated by the author Machaca (21) 2020 in Peru (34 items), considers 3 dimensions: managerial support, workload, intrinsic motivation, the 17-item Utrecht Work Engagement questionnaire assesses Engagement levels, it is a collective test that analyzes the engagement levels of nurses in their work area, translated and adapted by the authors Saenz and Thorndike (23) (2019), based on the dimensions: Vigor, dedication and absorption; After coordination with the Hospital institution, data collection begins and will be interpreted by the SPSS program version 25 and using Pearson's correlation, evidence will be interpreted and presented in tables.
