Ítem Acceso abierto Quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction in the emergency service at a national institute, Lima 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-06-25) Gallo More, Mariella Isabel; Bernardo Santiago, GrisiIntroduction: It is common knowledge that the relationship between doctor-patient or health personnel is of the utmost importance in the different areas and fields of patient care; therefore, it must be known how good the quality of care is and the level of satisfaction perceived by the user, it is vital to improve continuously and effectively in the different fields of health. Objective: To determine the relationship between the quality of Nursing care and patient satisfaction in the Emergency service in a National Institute, Lima 2022. Methodology: In this research study, an observational, cross-sectional and descriptive study will be carried out, where the use of two SERVQUAL questionnaires will be carried out, which will help to measure quality, as well as the CECSS questionnaire to know and measure user satisfaction in the different health services. In the present investigation it will be carried out through the code table and the previously obtained matrix, through the result the surveys that have been answered by the users will be coded so that a data matrix can later be generated in the statistical package SPSS version 26.0 and This can be processed according to the objectives set out in the investigation. The ethical aspects that will be addressed confidentiality, respect, veracity, loyalty, as well, the conformity of the Institutional Committee of Ethics in Humans (CIE) of our Norbert Wiener University institution will be requested.
