    Quality of nursing care and satisfaction with care in external users of the emergency service of a public hospital in Villa El Salvador, Lima 2022.

    Objective: The purpose of the study is to determine how the quality of nursing care is related to the satisfaction of nursing care in external users of the emergency service of a public hospital in Villa El Salvador, Lima 2022. Method: Quantitative, applicative study with a correlational design. The population and sample are the external users who go to the emergency service during the period July 2022. For data collection, 2 Likert-type questionnaires will be used to measure both study variables with good validity and reliability. Finally, Spearman's correlation coefficient will be used to test the hypotheses that will be shown in tables and figures for analysis and discussion.
