    Errores de prescripción en recetas médicas del establecimiento SISOL Salud y consultorios particulares, atendidas en Boticas Perú distrito de Villa María del Triunfo. Lima 2021

    The objective of this research was to evaluate prescription errors in medical prescriptions from the SISOL SALUD facility and private clinics, filled at Boticas Perú in the district of Villa María del Triunfo. The study's methodology was deductive, with a quantitative approach and an applied, observational, cross-sectional, and retrospective design. Of 1,000 medical prescriptions collected from both the SISOL SALUD facility and private clinics, a sample of 517 was used for analysis based on the dimensions of "prescriber data," "patient data," "medication data," and "other prescription data." The results for the SISOL SALUD facility showed errors of 52.2% in prescriber data, 48.9% in patient data, 86.1% in medication data, and 98.9% in other prescription data. In private clinics, the results were 36.2% errors in prescriber data, 96.4% in patient data, 97.6% in medication data, and 98.9% in other prescription data. A comparison of medical prescription errors between the two institutions showed that private clinics had a higher average of errors with 36.1% of indicators presenting errors, compared to the SISOL SALUD facility's average of 25.8%. It was therefore concluded that private clinics have a greater number of errors in their prescriptions compared to the SISOL SALUD facility.
