Ítem Acceso abierto Management of human talent and job satisfaction of nursing professionals at Chancay Hospital, Lima Provinces, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-06-26) García Silva, Fanny Gisella; Pretell Aguilar, Rosa MariaThe objective of this study is to “Determine the relationship that exists between human talent management and job satisfaction of nursing professionals.” The study has a total population of 131 nursing professionals who work in the different services of the Nursing Department of the Chancay Hospital, with a sample consisting of 98 nursing professionals, of applied type using the observational, descriptive, cross-sectional and correlational. The survey technique will be used and the questionnaire instrument to be used is “Human Talent Management Questionnaire” and “Job Satisfaction Questionnaire”, the data processing will be carried out through an administrative procedure, in the Professional Academic School of Nursing, it will also be will submit a request to the Executive Director of the Hospital, to obtain authorization and coordinate with the head of the Nursing Department, presenting the plan of activities to be executed, taking place in the month of July 2022, in The data analysis will use descriptive statistics in order to interpret, express and accumulate the scores achieved by each variable, the distribution will be by frequencies, bar graphs and tables, processed by SPSS statistical analysis, the significant verification of the hypotheses raised, will determine the affinity value between variables by performing Spearman's Rho.
