Methodological design: quantitative approach, hypothetical-deductive and transversal method. Considering a correlational design. Population: 80 nursing professionals working in a clinic in Lima. The sample considers the total population (census study). Instruments: The variable "workload" was applied for the first time in 2018 by Rivera considers 40 items, which is divided into two parts the first part consists of 31 items for the dimensions mental and physical load, the author validated her instruments by judgment of three experts, the reliability reported a KR-20 of 0.95, in the second part has been included 9 items of the work environment dimension developed by Nina Quispe, Maria Elida in 2019, and validated by MINSA experts. The variable "stress management" considers a questionnaire of 25 items, the present research considers performing the corresponding validity and reliability. The data collection has been considered to survey nursing professionals. Data processing and analysis: SPSS-v26 will be applied and the analysis considers: First stage considers descriptive statistics techniques applying percentages, tables and graphs to identify the levels of each variable and the way in which these are presented among the professionals who participated in the research, for the inferential part and applying Spearman's coefficient the hypotheses will be verified.
