Ítem Acceso abierto Soft skills for the integration of teamwork in nursing graduates(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-10-05) Garibay Benites, Naomi Antuane; Palomino Taquire, RewardsThe objective of the study was to evaluate the relationship of soft skills with the integration of teamwork in nursing graduates. The research was applied type, the quantitative approach was followed, with a hypothetical - deductive method, with a non-experimental design and correlational scope. Regarding the population, it was of a census type and consisted of 71 nursing graduates of the 2021-I promotion of a private university located in the city of Lima. The survey was used as a technique to collect data, in addition to two standardized instruments with a Likerttype scale to measure soft skills and teamwork, respectively. In the results it was evidenced that regarding soft skills 29.6% present a low level; 49.3% present a medium level, while 21.1% showed a high level. Regarding teamwork, 66.2% present a low level; 32.4% present a medium level, in turn 1.40% show a high level. The study concluded that there is statistical evidence of a significant relationship between soft skills and the integration of teamwork in nursing graduates (p = 0.0000 < 0.05). In addition, it was observed according to the Spearman coefficient that the degree of relationship between soft skills and teamwork was 0.544, which constitutes an indicator that a positive relationship of variables.
