Publicación Acceso abierto Relación entre la educación virtual y el nivel de satisfacción de los estudiantes de una universidad peruana, 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-07-15) Garma Saavedra, Hugo Andres; Ramos Vera, Rosario PilarThe purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between virtual education and the level of student satisfaction in a Peruvian university in the year 2023. The methodology adopted was based on the hypothetical deductive method, with a quantitative approach and a research design. non-experimental applied. The population of interest included students from five majors offered by a Peruvian university in Ate: Law, Administration, Civil Engineering, Psychology and Architecture, who carried out their studies through virtual modality during the year 2023. The total population was calculated by multiplying the number of majors times the number of students, resulting in a total of 307. The sample was selected through convenience sampling, and consisted of 225 students from the five aforementioned majors. The main tool used was a questionnaire administered through a survey. The results obtained revealed a significance value (p value) less than 0.05, which supports the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis. Furthermore, a positive correlation was observed according to Spearman's "rho" interpretation criteria. In conclusion, this strong association suggests that the overall quality of virtual education has a substantial impact on student satisfaction.
