Metodología/Métodos: Revisión Sistemática observacional y retrospectivo, la búsqueda se ha restringido a artículos con texto completo, y los artículos seleccionados se sometieron a una lectura crítica, utilizando la evaluación de Jover para identificar su grado de evidencia. Resultados: En la selección definitiva se eligieron 11 artículos, encontramos que el 73% (08) corresponden a España, con un 9% (01) son de Brasil, Colombia y Argentina respectivamente. De los cuales 50% son estudios transversales analíticos del total de los artículos analizados el 80% afirma que los factores de riesgo en la evolución y mortalidad en la insuficiencia cardiaca en el adulto mayor son hipertensión arterial, diabetes mellitus, tabaquismo y obesidad mientras el 20% son estilo de vida, dislipidemia, farmacológico, edad, sexo y ansiedad que afecta negativamente en los pacientes. Conclusiones: Los 11 artículos revisados, el 80% (n=9/11) muestran que los factores de riesgo en la evolución y mortalidad de la insuficiencia cardiaca en adulto mayor son la hipertensión arterial, diabetes mellitus, tabaquismo, obesidad y el 20% (2/11) afirman que son estilo de vida, dislipidemia, farmacológico, edad, sexo y ansiedad.Ítem Acceso abierto Factors associated with postoperative complications in patients operated in the thoracic and cardiovascular surgery service, Hipólito Unanue national hospital 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-04-18) Gaspar Ramos, Eliana; Pretell Aguilar, Rosa MariaObjective: Determine the factors associated with postoperative complications in patients operated on in the Thorax and Cardiovascular Surgery Service, Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue 2021. Methodology: Cross-sectional and correlational study. The population made up of patients scheduled for the specialty of chest and cardiovascular surgery, being 68 patients, the sample will be non-probabilistic, therefore, no sample size was calculated. Data collection techniques and instruments: The survey technique will be used for the two variables under study, postoperative complications and personal and institutional factors; The instruments for the case of the two variables will be the questionnaire; which are data that will be collected from medical records, postoperative monitoring sheets, operative report and anesthesia sheets. Procedures: The information collection process will take place in three months. Once the information is collected through the application of the instrument, the information will be entered into a database in the statistical program SPSS Version 23. Methodology/Methods: Observational and retrospective systematic review, the search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles were subjected to a critical reading, using Jover's evaluation to identify their level of evidence. Results: In the final selection, 11 articles were chosen, we found that 73% (08) correspond to Spain, with 9% (01) are from Brazil, Colombia and Argentina respectively. Materials and Methods: Observational and retrospective systematic review, with a restriction to full-text articles. The selected articles underwent critical reading using the Jover evaluation to identify their level of evidence. Results: In the final selection, 11 articles were chosen, 73% (8) of which were from Spain, with 9% (1) from Brazil, Colombia, and Argentina. Of these, 50% were analytical cross-sectional studies, and 80% of the articles stated that the risk factors for the progression and mortality of heart failure in the elderly included hypertension, diabetes mellitus, smoking, and obesity, while 20% cited lifestyle, dyslipidemia, pharmacological factors, age, sex, and anxiety as contributing factors.
