Publicación Acceso abierto Calidad del proceso de dispensación de medicamentos en relación con la satisfacción de los usuarios en establecimientos farmacéuticos del Callao, 2025(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2026-01-19) Genaro Espinoza, Gabriela Milagros; Andamayo de Castillo, Diana EsmeraldaMedication dispensing is an essential phase of pharmaceutical care that goes beyond simply handing over a drug. Rather, it encompasses a set of actions aimed at ensuring that the prescribed therapy is used appropriately, effectively, and safely. The way in which dispensing is carried out has a direct impact on safety and the user's perception, as it fosters trust in healthcare services and contributes to better therapeutic outcomes. The objective was to determine the relationship between the quality of the medication dispensing process and user satisfaction in pharmacies in Callao, 2025. The methodology employed a quantitative approach, with an applied character and guided by hypothetical deductive reasoning. The research was framed within a correlational design. The population consisted of 244 users, and the study sample comprised 150 users who purchase their medications at a pharmacy in Callao. The Spearman correlation coefficient (r = 0.567; p = 0.000) indicates a significant relationship between the two variables, concluding that effective medication dispensing optimizes health outcomes because it contributes to more effective treatments and the achievement of the intended therapeutic effects.
