    Stress and quality of work life in nursing graduates in the intensive care unit

    Nursing professionals are exposed to environments with stressors that can cause stress, due to being in situations that are perceived as intense due to their high workload, causing an alteration in the quality of work life of nursing professionals. The type of research will be descriptive correlational with a non-experimental design. The population is made up of 75 nurses from the Intensive Care Unit. The Gray and Anderson instruments “The Nursing Stress Scale” (NSS) and Gonzalo's CVT-Gohisado will be applied. The data will be processed in the SPSS statistical program and the normality test will be sought with KMO to verify the parametric or non-parametric statistical use.
