Ítem Acceso abierto Health beliefs and practices in infant care in mothers in a health center, Ate 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-06-25) Gonzales Quispe, Regina Edith; Arevalo Marcos, Rodolfo AmadoIntroduction: Infant mortality is an indicator of serious problems in infant care actions, where health beliefs set a cultural structure of behavior, and the practices of mothers, it is expected that they will fulfill tasks concerning the acceptance, innovation or strengthening of routines. and guidelines in their homes. Objective: to determine the relationship between health beliefs and infant care practices in mothers in a health center, ate 2022. Methods: applied, quantitative, cross sectional, observational, non-experimental research. It will consist of 80 mothers as a sample, who have children from 6 months to 1 year, and who attend the El Bosque Health Center. The survey will be used to apply a questionnaire of nominal dichotomous nature and another of 23 items with four nominal options to the target group, being approved and confident in being quantifiable to the variables. Each report will be analyzed in SPSS 26 and hypotheses will be addressed using Cronbach's Alpha correlation factor statistical analysis.
