Ítem Acceso abierto Factors that influence compliance with the vaccination scheme of mothers in children under five years of age in the health center “Gustavo Lanatta Lujan- Lima - Norte, 2019“(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-02-14) Gordillo Soto, Verónica Janeth; Gonzales Saldaña, Susan HaydeeObjective: To determine the factors that intervene in the compliance of the immunization schedule of mothers with children under five years of age at the Gustavo Lanatta Luján health center, Lima - North 2019. Materials and methods: It had a quantitative, descriptive approach, a cross-sectional methodological design. The study worked with a population consisting of 71 mothers with children under five years of age who attend the immunization service of the health facility. They were chosen based on inclusion and exclusion points. The technique used was the survey and the questionnaire as an instrument. Results: The factors that intervene in the compliance of the immunization schedule are absent 57% and present 43%. Regarding the sociodemographic characteristics of mothers, 52.8% are between 18 and 29 years old, 66.7% have secondary education, 56.9% are homemakers, 48.6% have a monthly salary between 300 and 800 soles, and 56.9% live in shared housing. Regarding the cognitive factor, 68% are absent and 32% are present. Regarding the institutional factor, 51% are present and 49% are absent. Conclusions: The factors that intervene in the compliance of the immunization schedule are absent in mothers of children under five years of age at the Gustavo Lanatta Luján health center, Lima - Norte 2019.
