During the COVID-19 pandemic, control was lacking in pharmaceutical offices. Objective: To evaluate compliance with Good Dispensing Practices (GDP) for medications used to treat COVID-19 in pharmaceutical offices in Ate. Methodology: The research was descriptive, quantitative, observational, and cross-sectional. Information was collected using a checklist. Microsoft Excel 2016 was used, and statistical analysis was performed using simple frequency tables and bar charts. Results: The pharmacy technician was present in 84.4% of pharmaceutical offices. 92.9% did not provide pharmaceutical care. 48.44% made changes to medications on the prescription. 90.7% sold medications without a prescription, and 90.7% recommended medications without a prescription. Recommendations included prescription medications associated with OTC drugs (49.8%) and prescription medications alone (38.2%). The most recommended pharmacological groups were corticosteroids (61.3%), macrolides (52.4%), and NSAIDs (52.9%). Conclusion: Compliance with good dispensing practices for medications used to treat COVID-19 in pharmaceutical offices in Ate was evaluated.
