The study employed a non-experimental, descriptive, and correlational design, using a survey as the primary source of information. The survey was administered to a sample of 360 users from the National Cardiovascular Institute’s outpatient pharmacy. After data analysis, it was concluded that a relationship exists between the quality of care and user satisfaction. The results showed that 72.2% of users considered the quality of care to be good, while 83.6% considered their satisfaction to be good. These findings were determined by various indicators, with the most notable issues related to the management of complaints and claims, which 36.9% of users rated as fair, and service time, which 31.1% of users also rated as fair.
