    Nivel de satisfacción sobre la atención según percepción del usuario de la farmacia de consulta externa del Hospital Nacional Alberto Sabogal Sologuren, EsSalud – 2019

    This research was conducted considering that healthcare outcomes are currently measured in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, user perception, and satisfaction with the results achieved in relation to expectations. The objective was to determine the level of satisfaction regarding the care provided according to the perception of users at the outpatient pharmacy of the Hospital Nacional Alberto Sabogal Sologuren, EsSalud – 2019. The methodology used was a non-experimental design, descriptive, prospective, quantitative, and cross-sectional. The instrument applied was a questionnaire based on the SERVPERF model. The general results showed that 2.0% perceived a low level of satisfaction, 25.5% a medium level, and 72.5% a high level of satisfaction. In conclusion, there is an overall good level of satisfaction with the care received in the outpatient pharmacy service of the Hospital Nacional Alberto Sabogal Sologuren.
