Insufficient physical activity is a global public health issue, with increasing prevalence among people working in administrative roles. On the other hand, kinesiophobia (fear of movement) is a biopsychosocial factor that influences the initiation of physical activity. Objective: To determine the relationship between physical activity and kinesiophobia in administrative staff with nonspecific low back pain at the University of Metropolitan Lima – 2022.
