Ítem Acceso abierto Burnout syndrome and its relationship with job satisfaction among healthcare staff in the Mobile Emergency Care System, Lima region, during the COVID-19 emergency, 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-10-03) Gutierrez Ugarte, Bhetsy Yosselin; Pretell Aguilar, Rosa MaríaObjective: Determine the relationship between Burnout Syndrome and the job satisfaction of health personnel in the mobile emergency care system, during the state of emergency of COVID 19. Methodology: The study has a quantitative approach, of an applied type, non-experimental design, descriptive – correlational type, with cross-section. Population: All workers of the mobile emergency care system, which is a total of 46. Data collection technique and instrument: As a technique, the survey will be used for both variables; and as an instrument, the Maslach Burnout Inventory will be used, for the Burnout Syndrome variable, and the Sonia Palma Job Satisfaction Scale, for the variable of the same name. Data analysis: Data will be collected through the form on the Google Docs platform. for each instrument; Subsequently, the data obtained will be organized and tabulated, exporting them to the SPSS 26 software, which will allow the development of tables and graphs as results. This program will allow us to obtain correlation tables between variables and dimension with variable; The normality test will be used, which will allow me to determine the parametric or non-parametric statistics, thus identifying the use of the indicated correlation coefficient, resulting in the contrast of the proposed hypotheses.
