A tool was developed to measure acceptance of virtual learning and applied to medical students at a private university during the 2021-II semester. Bivariate and regression analysis were used to estimate associations between variables. Results: 66.6% of students accepted virtual learning, while 33.4% did not. Factors associated with acceptance included marital status, school, employment status, connectivity issues, electronic devices, previous careers, previously failed courses, and study hours. Conclusion: Factors such as marital status, school, and study habits were associated with the acceptance of virtual learning.
